    This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Chambers of Seaford in the County of Sussex Gent that is to say I give devise and bequeath all my reale Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Brother James Chambers and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever Chargeable nevertheless and I do hereby charge the same with the payment of Three Hundred and Fifty pounds of lawfull Money of Great Britain apiece unto my Four Sisters Mary Sarah Ann and Elizabeth within Twelve Months next after my Decease All the Rest and Residue of my Estate both reall and personall I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said Brother James Chambers and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the fifth Day of December in the Sixteenth Year of the Reign of King George the second over Great Britain and in the year of our Lord 1742 – The Mark and Seal of Thomas Chambers
